Osceola still decides Commission District 4 and Kissimmee Seat 4 on November 3

If you live in Osceola County, November 3 is not a leftover August sample ballot. The county-only partisan oval on the live file is Osceola County Commission District 4: Donald A. Shroyer (Republican) versus Mary Downey (Democrat). That pair would be wrong in Orange, Polk, or Seminole. Kissimmee is the county seat. If your precinct is inside the city, Kissimmee City Commission Seat 4 is also still live: incumbent Janette Martinez versus Tiffany N. Jeffers, both nonpartisan. Pull the style from Osceola County Supervisor of Elections (voteosceola.gov) with your full residential address, not a 34741 / 34744 / 34769 / 34771 ZIP.

Featured race: Osceola County Commission District 4

Live November 3 cards, copied from the Florida guide — not invented, not the old five-way primary:

Donald A. Shroyer (R) 4 / 24 / 8 · Grade B. On the November 3, 2026 general ballot. Osceola News Gazette and ClickOrlando answers on file: YES on Amendment 3, less taxes and less government. Christian 4 is an empty Jesus grid after the hunt, not a leftover 22. Constitution 24 is the distinctive bar. GOP 8 is an opened Republican without an Osceola GOP endorsement tile on the card.

Mary Downey (D) 0 / 3 / 0 · Grade B. On the November 3, 2026 general ballot. Equality Florida PAC names this Osceola Commission District 4 oval; she accepted. Gazette / ClickOrlando answers on file include NO on Amendment 3. Christian 0 is Pride-cap, not an empty-trail 4. Constitution 3. GOP 0 from an opened Democrat. Same letter as Shroyer. The bars are not.

Nelly Hernandez, Jose Gonzalez, and Rafael A. Lebron are not on the November 3 general ballot in the live file. We will not reprint that August five-way as if those ovals still print.

Kissimmee City Commission Seat 4

This is a city oval, not a county commission oval. It prints only for Kissimmee addresses. Live November 3 cards:

Janette Martinez (NPA, incumbent) 20 / 17 / 9 · Grade C. On the November 3, 2026 general ballot. Incumbent Seat 4 (commission 2022–present). Re-election site on the card: reelectjanettemartinez.com. No continuous Jesus grid in the Sentinel / Around Osceola materials on file. Letter C is a solid look, not a claim she is “more conservative than Jeffers.”

Tiffany N. Jeffers (NPA) 19 / 16 / 8 · Grade C. On the November 3, 2026 general ballot. Challenger. Civic boards on the card include Osceola NAACP Women in NAACP chair, Kissimmee Board of Adjustment, and the Osceola School District Faith Advisory Group. Faith Advisory Group membership is civic / interfaith board work on this card, not a continuous Jesus campaign. Same letter as Martinez. One point of Christian, one of Constitution, one of GOP apart. We do not invent a gap to make the pair look independently sculpted.

Rubin Anderson and Maria Virginia Garcia are not on the November 3 general ballot in the live file. Kissimmee Seat 2 (Angela Eady / Wanda Roman) is not on that file either. St. Cloud City Council Seat 5 is not on the live November 3 file we quote here. If your St. Cloud PDF still prints a city oval we do not name, the PDF governs.

What else can print on an Osceola style

Osceola sits in the 9th Circuit with Orange. The live November pair for 9th Circuit Court Judge Group 1 is Charles Hart (NPA) 4 / 24 / 16 · Grade B versus Temika Hampton-Johnson (NPA) 0 / 3 / 0 · Grade B. Mikaela Nix lost August 18 and is not on the November 3 general ballot. Other 9th Circuit groups that used to pad this landing are not on the live November 3 file we quote here. Judicial canons still bind; see Florida judicial races.

Parts of Osceola vote U.S. House FL-9 with Orange: Darren Soto (D, incumbent) 0 / 2 / 0 · Grade B versus Dan Green (R) 30 / 26 / 18 · Grade B. ZIP is not district. A Kissimmee house and a St. Cloud house can sit in different House lines after the map. Confirm the district number the Supervisor printed. U.S. House 2026 values is the named-district essay.

Osceola school-board names that appeared on the old August list (Jay Wheeler, Greg Filak, Natalie Guzman, Alyssa Noel, Paula Bronson) are not on the live November 3 file we quote here. We will not invent them back onto this page. Statewide governor, U.S. Senate, cabinet, and amendments live in the interactive guide for Osceola — this landing does not reprint that essay.
