Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
By accessing or using this website (including jesusvoter.com and related domains), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Nature of the Site
The Central Florida Values Voter Guide is an independent editorial resource. It expresses values-based assessments of candidates and measures for Orange, Osceola, Polk, and Lake Counties, Florida. It is not an official government publication, not legal advice, and not a substitute for your official sample ballot.
2. No official affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any county Supervisor of Elections, the State of Florida, any political party, PAC, or candidate campaign, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
3. Accuracy and changes
We aim to keep information current, but election data changes (candidates withdraw, maps change, sample ballots differ by precinct). Scores and notes are opinions based on public information available at the time of review. You are solely responsible for verifying all ballot content before voting.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent this Site as an official government election resource
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or compromise the Site
- Use content in a way that violates applicable law
5. Intellectual property
Site design, original text, and selection/arrangement of content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial voter education. You may not republish substantial portions as your own official guide without permission.
6. Third-party links
Links to Supervisors of Elections, Ballotpedia, campaigns, and other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that content is complete, accurate, or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR RELIANCE ON) THE SITE, INCLUDING VOTING DECISIONS.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies.
