This Privacy Policy describes how the Central Florida Values Voter Guide (the “Site,” including jesusvoter.com and any related domains or subdomains) handles information when you visit.
1. Who we are
This Site is an independent editorial voter guide for Orange, Osceola, Polk, and Lake Counties, Florida. It is not a government website and is not affiliated with any Supervisor of Elections or political party.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. If you email us or use a contact form, we receive whatever you send (such as your email address and message).
Information stored only on your device. Features such as ZIP lookup or filters may run entirely in your browser. We do not require you to create an account.
Technical / server logs. Our hosting provider (for example, Cloudflare) may automatically collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and approximate location derived from IP, for security, reliability, and basic analytics.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site is primarily a static informational guide. Our host or security services may set cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for delivery, security (including bot protection), or performance. We do not use the Site to sell personal information or to run third-party advertising trackers as of the date above. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

If you enter a ZIP code, that value is used in your browser to filter content. ZIP codes alone cannot determine an official Florida ballot. Always use your county Supervisor of Elections sample-ballot tool with your full address.
7. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Data security and retention
We take reasonable measures appropriate to a static informational site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Technical logs retained by our host are subject to their retention practices.
9. Your choices
You may clear your browser data at any time. You may contact us to request deletion of information you sent us by email, subject to legal retention needs.
10. External links
The Site links to third-party sites (for example, Supervisors of Elections and Ballotpedia). Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies.
