Palm Beach County · West Palm Beach / South Florida · November 3, 2026 general
Palm Beach County November 3, 2026 general voter guide
Palm Beach County is not a single coastal town. It runs from the Town of Palm Beach and West Palm Beach barrier-island / downtown core, through Boca Raton and Delray Beach on the south county shoreline, through Wellington’s village government, and west into special-district suburbia (Indian Trail Improvement District) and the Glades agricultural rim. One voter in Boca is not looking at the same municipal lines as a voter in The Acreage. The county Supervisor is VotePalmBeach — not Broward, not Martin, and not the Town of Palm Beach clerk.
That geography is why this landing is long. The August 18, 2026 closed primary here is a mix of a five-way Board of County Commissioners District 6 fight (Republican and Democratic names on the same county-commission card in our file), a four-way School Board District 4, three Boca Raton council seats, a Wellington village seat, a Delray Beach special, and an Indian Trail improvement-district board. Growth, millage, homestead, Palm Tran, data centers, and school parental-access language show up more often on these cards than a Jesus-by-name campaign.

How to read the scores on this Palm Beach page
Printed scores are Christian / Constitution / GOP The letter on a card is the 100-point total (90–100 A, 80–89 B, 70–79 C, 60–69 D, 59 and under F). Several Palm Beach cards sit in the mid-20s Christian with a stronger Constitution stack (millage, homestead, concurrency, special-district taxes). That is not a missing score — it is what the opened record supported. We do not call winners. District and municipal seats are address-specific.
Statewide races on every Palm Beach ballot (with scores)
A West Palm or Boca Republican still votes the same open governor’s primary as the rest of Florida. DeSantis is term-limited. The four GOP names we print with live scores on this landing are the values-guide top of that field. They are not a South Florida straw poll.
Governor of Florida — Republican primary scores
- James Fishback (R) — 41 / 35 / 15 A
- Paul Renner (R) — 36 / 33 / 19 B
- Byron Donalds (R) — 36 / 29 / 20 B
- Jay Collins (R) — 34 / 32 / 19 B
Fishback carries the highest Christian and Constitution pair we print here. Donalds posts the 20 GOP-alignment ceiling in this set. Renner and Collins sit between them. Full Democratic scores and the rest of the field are in the interactive Palm Beach guide.
U.S. Senate (Special) — Republican score we print here
- Ashley B. Moody (R) — 42 / 28 / 20 A
Special Senate, not the regular class. Moody’s 42 Christian is the Senate mark we print on this page; Confirm the special-Senate line on your VotePalmBeach sample ballot.

Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners District 6
This is the featured Palm Beach race on our file: a sourced GOP pair with real fiscal and parental-rights language, plus three Democratic names that remain thin-trail D grades. We print the GOP pair’s scores as assigned; we do not raise anyone on biography that is not a faith or Constitution grid.
- Sara Marie Baxter (R) — 22 / 27 / 18 D. Sourced GOP county race with no faith grid. Mid-20s floor, not a 26 party stamp. Trump’s “MAGA Warrior” language is his, not a Jesus campaign. Strongest assigned-pair fiscal stack: millage rollback, homestead YES, Palm Tran voucher/privatize, NGO-grant scrutiny, data-center moratorium, density reduction.
- Elizabeth Accomando (R) — 24 / 25 / 14 D. Named parental-rights signal (Moms for Liberty parent pledge) plus family/way-of-life campaign language. No Jesus, life, or SOGI grid. Mid-20s, not a 26 party stamp. Concurrency, infrastructure-before-expansion, anti-Tango, cut waste / private security detail, close PAC, First Amendment. Strong local-control stack; lower than Baxter’s millage / homestead / transit-voucher package.
- Mario F. Guzman (D) — thin public trail. Empty-Jesus band on the card, not a finished mid-band.
- Rudolph Tinker (D) — thin public trail. Empty-Jesus band on the card, not a finished mid-band.
- Katherine Waldron (D) — thin public trail. Empty-Jesus band on the card, not a finished mid-band.
Palm Beach School Board District 4
Open/contested four-way. The values edge on our card is parental-access plus Republican registration, not a Jesus slate. Former superintendent Anthony Hamlet is in this field.
- Tiffany Bryant (NPA) — 26 / 22 / 12 D. Parental-access framing; no full Jesus grid. Best faith-adjacent band in this four-way for the values guide. R registration + parental-access messaging; values edge vs progressive commissioners/union-aligned profiles.
- Daniel Zapata (NPA) — 4 / 4 / 0 F. No Jesus grid. Educator/admin brand is not a Gospel campaign. No opened liberty or parental-rights grid. GOP 0: forced-NPA.
- Anthony Hamlet (NPA) — 16 / 14 / 7 F. No Jesus grid; institutional superintendent path. Big-district admin profile; progressive guides note SEIU-adjacent field context — mid-low Constitution for this guide.
- Christina Romelus (NPA) — 14 / 12 / 5 F. No Jesus grid; progressive editorial endorsement. Lowest Constitution/GOP of four for the values guide.
Wellington Village Council Seat 3
- Joshua Zillmer (NPA) — 21 / 19 / 10 F. No continuous Jesus grid; mid band. Anti-developer independence messaging — slight Constitution edge among the village field.
- Lauren Brody (NPA) — 4 / 4 / 0 F. No Jesus grid. Same empty-trail band as Levin. No opened liberty grid. GOP 0: forced-NPA.
- Stephen Levin (NPA) — 4 / 4 / 0 F. No Jesus grid. Same empty-trail band as Brody. A mayor endorsement is not a liberty grid. GOP 0: forced-NPA.
- Paulo Santana (NPA) — 18 / 16 / 8 F. Withdrawn status; thin active trail. Withdrawn — minimal relevance if not on the ballot.
Indian Trail Improvement District Board Seat 3
This is not a school-board culture race. The opened Town-Crier 2026 record is taxes, staff size, swales, reservoirs, and whether the district executive director should be replaced. All three cards sit at Christian 13 after the same look.
- Carol Jacobs (NPA) — 13 / 21 / 8 F. Opened Town-Crier 2026 interview has no Jesus, church, or faith-policy grid. Almost-none band. Same Christian number as Bell and Farrell is honest after the same look. Opened 2026 record is the fiscal-skeptic / limited-admin lane: bloated staff, tax dollars in the field, replace the executive director, skepticism of high-tech admin, developer-stacking, cut-through roads.
- Jack Lloyd Bell (NPA) — 13 / 18 / 8 F. Opened Town-Crier interview and campaign Facebook have no Jesus, church, or faith-policy grid. Almost-none band. Same Christian number as Farrell and Jacobs is honest after the same look, not a twin stamp. Lean-construction / milestone / swale-and-road competence plus Facebook “operational accountability… reliable work order delivery” is real special-district paleo (execution and local infrastructure).
- Patricia Alice Farrell (NPA) — 13 / 15 / 8 F. Opened 2026 Town-Crier interviews, 2026-01 M-1 piece, and 2022 Post Q&A have no Jesus, church, or faith-policy grid. Almost-none band. Same Christian number as Bell and Jacobs is honest, not a stamp. Opened record is incumbent-capacity: state funding for a $75–$100M reservoir, defense of a new district finance system, manage-growth / work-with-developers (2022), incorporation support in 2022.
Boca Raton City Council Seat A
- Michelle L. Grau (NPA) — 23 / 20 / 12 F. No continuous Jesus grid; R accountant / Save Boca — mid band. Republican accountant + slate organization — mid-high Constitution among the Seat A field.
- Christen Ritchey (NPA) — 4 / 4 / 0 F. No Jesus grid. Attorney occupation is not a Gospel campaign. No opened liberty grid. GOP 0: forced-NPA.
- Bernard Korn (NPA) — 18 / 16 / 8 F. No continuous Jesus grid; thin support trail — modest band. Thinnest public viability trail in Seat A — baseline band.
Boca Raton City Council Seat B
- Marc Wigder (NPA) — 22 / 20 / 12 F. No continuous Jesus grid; R incumbent lawyer — mid band. Incumbent + fiscal/public-safety messaging — mid-high Constitution for the Boca field.
- Jon Pearlman (NPA) — 21 / 19 / 10 F. No continuous Jesus grid; civic growth-watch organizer — mid band. Save Boca / growth-accountability framing — mid Constitution.
- Meredith Madsen (NPA) — 19 / 17 / 9 F. No continuous Jesus grid; thinner trail — modest band. Baseline municipal band.
Boca Raton City Council Seat D
- Robert S. Weinroth (NPA) — 24 / 20 / 13 F. No continuous Jesus grid; long R institutional resume — mid-high band. County mayor + congressional R run — strongest GOP-adjacency Constitution signal in the Seat D field.
- Larry Cellon (NPA) — 21 / 18 / 10 F. No continuous Jesus grid; mid band. Editorial endorsement without full liberty grid — mid Constitution.
- Stacy Sipple (NPA) — 4 / 4 / 0 F. No Jesus grid. Slate organizing is not a Gospel campaign. Save Boca adjacency is civic, not a liberty grid. GOP 0: forced-NPA.
Delray Beach Commissioner Board Seat 2 (Special)
- Andrea M. Keiser (NPA) — 26 / 22 / 17 D. Education-admin + Early Learning Coalition appointment — mid-high Christian-adjacency; not a continuous Jesus campaign. Land-use expertise + housing/traffic management — Constitution mid; developer-profession critique noted in coverage.
- Delores Rangel (NPA) — 16 / 15 / 8 F. Long municipal staff profile; mid-low Christian-adjacency after 2024 D switch; no continuous faith campaign. Institutional experience + growth-management/low-tax talk — Constitution mid-low; thinner ideological paleo than Keiser.
- Judy Mollica (NPA) — 14 / 12 / 5 F. Democratic progressive-civic profile; low Christian-guide fit from public party/issue alignment (not private faith judgment). Low Constitution for this guide: anti property-tax-cut framing + D activist lane; transparency not enough to lift paleo.
