Blountstown is the county seat. The only Calhoun-only oval on the live November 3 file is a Republican UPC runoff for Calhoun County Commission District 2: incumbent Aaron Carter versus Lance Clemons. That pair would be wrong in Liberty, Gulf, or Jackson. August 18 did not produce 50 percent: Clemons 38.39 percent (349), Carter 33.77 percent (307) on ENR CAL/3984, 2 of 2 precincts.
